CNA Restorative

Prepare work areas, transport patients, and assist with dressing, undressing, and ambulation while implementing therapist instructions for exercises and rehabilitative programs. Observe and evaluate patient needs for ambulation and range of motion therapy, applying braces and other devices as directed. Complete restorative nursing programming, maintain therapy case load data entry, and prepare charts and records. Monitor nutrition status, dining processes, and quality assurance standards while following infection control protocols. Maintain cleanliness of therapy treatment areas and perform related tasks under general supervision of the charge nurse and Rehab Director. Day shift and evenings with rotating weekends required.
