Job Summary
Restorative CNA role working with the Rehab Therapy Team to deliver wellness, fitness, and exercise programs. Provides exclusive restorative care such as ambulation, transfer training, bed mobility, range of motion, dressing/grooming, and splint/prosthesis care under the supervision of the Director of Rehabilitation. Requires CNA certification; full restorative training provided onsite. Flexible PRN schedule with weekend coverage across a Rehabilitation Center, Skilled Nursing Facility, and senior-care settings. Opportunities for ongoing clinical education, mentorship, licensure reimbursement, CEUs, and interdisciplinary collaboration across multiple care settings. Required Qualifications
- CNA Certification Required
- Current CNA certification in state of practice
- Background in exercise and activity training with senior populations (preferred)
- High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)
