Job Summary
Contribute to a high-functioning team by assisting the RN with admissions, discharges, and transfers. Measure and record vital signs, output, and weights, while collecting specimens and performing fingerstick capillary blood tests. Support client mobility and transfers using lifts and safe patient handling devices under direct supervision. Perform other duties as assigned within the Respiratory Cardiology Unit at Providence Portland Medical Center.
Required Qualifications
- Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in hospital or long-term setting
