Job Summary
Provide resident care per individualized service plans (ISPs) for Monona residents, assisting with activities of daily living such as grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, eating, incontinence care, toileting, transferring, ambulating, range of motion, and communication. Respond promptly to pages and alarms, perform assigned tasks including administering medications if delegated by RN, check vital signs, collect specimens, assist with laundry and dining room setup, and support overall resident well-being. Must frequently lift 50-100 lbs and be able to stand/walk for extended periods; require English literacy for communication. Education: High school diploma or GED; CNA certification desirable.
