Job Summary
Responsible for the overall support services for staff scheduling process, communicating effectively with staff, and performing scheduling functions (block schedule, vacation calendar, etc.). Works collaboratively with personnel on scheduling coverage for patient care and assists with patient scheduling as needed. CNA Rehab and Nursing Kentwood is part of Corewell Health’s Rehab & Nursing units, encompassing long-term care and post-acute rehab spaces with specialized units (general rehab, neuro rehab, traumatic brain injury, cancer). The role sits within a facility that emphasizes independent living goals, with private patient rooms, attached bathrooms, and meal service, and operates on day shifts with part-time hours.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Completion of State of Michigan approved CNA Training Course CRT-Nursing Assistant - Michigan Department of Licensing & Regulatory Affairs, Bureau of Community and Health Systems within 90 days
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days
