Job Summary
Conduct patient care duties during the 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift on a 36-week contract with guaranteed 40 hours. Submit a copy of a negative COVID-19 test result taken within one week prior to the start date and wear a photo badge at all times. Maintain current vaccination status with the second dose completed within 30 days of the first. This assignment is with Genesis Mid America & SE Region in Westfield, MA.
Required Qualifications
- State or federal issued identification
- Photo badge
- Negative COVID-19 test result (taken one week or less prior to start date)
- First vaccination shot by start date
- Second vaccination shot completed and uploaded within 30 days of the first dose
