Job Summary
Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents in accordance with assessments and care plans. Responsibilities include identifying residents before treatments, documenting accurately on flow sheets, reporting changes to Nursing leadership, protecting resident privacy and information, maintaining safety with PHI, assisting with daily activities, transporting and positioning residents, and supporting restorative care. Demonstrates warmth and professionalism, collaborates with nursing staff, and adheres to policies while ensuring resident comfort and dignity. Requires CNA licensure per state laws and CPR preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess minimum 10th grade education
- Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) per state laws
- CPR certification preferred
