Job Summary
Provide direct care to residents in a 24-hour operation, assisting with activities of daily living, dressing, grooming, eating, positioning, toileting, bathing, and exercising. Support therapeutic and restorative programs while maintaining organized bedside units and changing linens. Record vital signs, nourishment logs, and other required patient documentation. Respond promptly to all call lights and ensure maximum quality of life by maintaining privacy, accommodating individual preferences, and encouraging participation in facility activities. Work under the supervision of the Director of Nursing to promote resident independence and communicate continuously with team leaders.
Required Qualifications
- Every Other Weekend required to work
