CNA PRN Nights- Hospice Crisis Care

As a PRN Hospice CNA on the Crisis Care team, provide personal care including baths, back rubs, oral hygiene, shampoos, and changing bed linens; assist with dressing, undressing, meal planning and preparation of nutritious meals, feeding, and monitoring patient skin to prevent breakdown. Must deliver care per patient needs, communicate changes to the Case Manager, and work within flexible hours (7pm-7am, 12-hour shifts) across Woodstock, Huntley, and McHenry. Requires state CNA certification, active aide registry listing, minimum age, and a valid driver’s license; mileage reimbursement and benefits offered. This role emphasizes compassionate patient care in a hospice crisis setting with an emphasis on safety, observation, and collaboration with the care team.
