Job Summary
PRN Hospice CNA for Crisis Care team with JourneyCare. Provide personal care including baths, back rubs, oral hygiene, shampoos, and changing bed linens; assist with dressing/undressing and meals; plan and prepare nutritious meals; assist in feeding; monitor skin care to prevent breakdown; report significant changes to the Case Manager. Shifts are 7PM-7AM, Monday-Friday, in Crystal Lake/Lake in the Hills/Algonquin area. Requires state CNA certification, active state aide registry, and a valid driver’s license. Flexible hours with mileage reimbursement and a supportive culture; benefits include 401k match and referral programs.
Required Qualifications
- Certified by the state as a nurse aide
- List on the state aide registry with a clear record
- 18 years of age (where applicable)
- Valid driver’s license with insured vehicle
