Job Summary
CNA-(PRN) provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of a charge nurse. Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, transferring, maintaining vital signs, range of motion, documentation of care and medication-related activities, helping with meals, housekeeping and laundry, and supporting wellness/recreational programs. Requires relevant state CNA certification and ongoing competency/education requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Must have state CNA certification (Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, or South Dakota) as specified for each facility; CMA/TMA certification where applicable; active CNA registration in state of practice or ability to obtain within 120 days.
