Job Summary
Assist patients with personal hygiene and grooming tasks including bed baths, sponge baths, showers, and hair shampooing in sinks, tubs, and beds. Provide daily care under the supervision of a registered nurse while working cooperatively with patients and families. Maintain an active CNA license and current driver's license to drive within an assigned territory. This per-diem role offers approximately 8 to 16 hours per week in Dover, Foxcroft, and Dexter, Maine. Constellation Hospice provides competitive compensation, 401(k), health insurance, and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Must have successfully completed the CNA training and competency evaluation program approved by the state.
- CNA License must be active and in good standing.
- Must have a current driver's license and be willing to drive within an assigned territory.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Desired Qualifications
- At least one year of experience and hospice and/or home health experience is strongly preferred.
- Basic knowledge of iOs operating system
