Job Summary
Conduct personal care tasks including baths, oral hygiene, dressing, and feeding patients. Prepare nutritious meals and monitor skin condition to prevent tissue breakdown. Report patient status and significant changes to the Case Manager. Maintain a manageable caseload with flexible scheduling autonomy. Requires state certification, current CPR, and a valid driver's license. Competitive pay with mileage reimbursement available.
Required Qualifications
- Certified by the state as a nurse aide
- Maintains a current CPR Certification
- List on the state aide registry with a clear record
- 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Automobile that is insured in accordance with state requirements
