Job Summary
Conduct personal care tasks including baths, back rubs, oral hygiene, shampoos, and changing bed linens. Assist patients with dressing and undressing, while planning and preparing nutritious meals and feeding them. Monitor patient skin to prevent tissue breakdown and report condition changes to the Case Manager. Maintain a manageable caseload with autonomy to coordinate visits and manage priorities. Requires state certification, current CPR, a clear registry record, 18+ years of age, and a valid insured driver's license. Flexible PRN schedule with competitive pay plus mileage.
Required Qualifications
- Certified by the state as a nurse aide
- Maintains a current CPR Certification
- List on the state aide registry with a clear record
- 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Automobile that is insured in accordance with state requirements
