Job Summary
Conduct daily patient care under physician orders and Branch Director supervision, including taking vital signs, bathing clients, assisting with showers, and supporting rehabilitation exercises. Maintain personal hygiene, answer self-care questions, and assist clients with activities of daily living, doctor appointments, and mobility needs like lifting and turning. Provide one-on-one care with flexible scheduling and weekly pay for licensed CNAs registered in the state of employment.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
- Registered and listed in good standing on the Nurse Aide Registry in the state of employment
- Ability to recognize the needs of people
- Capacity to maintain good relationships with people
- Capacity to make meaningful observations
- Ability to communicate observations to the supervisor
- Valid Tennessee Driver's license
- Ability to wear seat belts at all times while driving
- Automobile liability insurance
- Dependable transportation kept in good working condition
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of full-time experience in direct client care in an institutional setting (hospital or nursing facility)
