Job Summary
CNA/NAR role in West Saint Paul providing person-centered care to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting), mobility and transfers, medication administration (training provided), engaging residents in meaningful activities, light housekeeping and meal assistance, monitoring and reporting changes in condition, and responding quickly in emergencies. PM shift from 2pm to 10pm; all shifts require availability every other weekend. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred)
- CNA Certification preferred
- Ability to pass medications (training provided)
- CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
