Job Summary
Follow a written plan of care to provide personal care, household support, and companion services to adults, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and toileting. Manage meal preparation, light housekeeping, and range of motion exercises while supporting ambulation and medication reminders. Maintain close relationships with clients to help them stay safe and independent at home across assigned counties. Ability to travel to client locations as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one-year work verifiable experience
- CNA/ LNA License/Caregiver certificate
- Ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned
