Job Summary
Follow a written plan of care to provide personal care, household support, and companion services that help adults maintain safety and independence at home. Deliver activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, and toileting while assisting with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and range of motion exercises. Support client mobility through ambulation assistance and transfers, and provide medication reminders alongside one-on-one companionship. Travel to clients' homes in assigned counties as scheduled. No prior experience required; training provided to become a certified Home Health Aide.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one-year work verifiable experience
- CNA/ LNA License/Caregiver certificate
- Ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned
