Job Summary
Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, dressing, and vital signs monitoring. Answer resident calls, observe for skin integrity changes, and reposition or transfer residents to beds, chairs, or wheelchairs. Maintain cleanliness in care areas by changing sheets and restocking supplies. Work flexible shifts on a per diem basis with no benefits. Requires a current California CNA license and CPR certification. Located at Plumas District Hospital in Quincy, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Current California License as a Certified Nursing Assistant
- Current CPR Certification
- Ability to work under pressure and relate to resident, family, and long-term care staff
- Demonstrated ability to communicate in English (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehending) in order to understand, plan, and carryout resident care plans and ADLs
