Job Summary
Provide direct, one-on-one care to medical fragile individuals, including bathing, personal hygiene, dressing, range of motion activities, bolus feeding, catheterization, oral/nasal suctioning, and oxygen administration. Maintain a 1:1 patient care ratio while documenting care as directed and following written instructions. Work flexible and predictable full-time or part-time shifts with full clinical support available day or night. Requires valid Certified Nursing Aide I or II certification, current CPR, and TB test results.
