Job Summary
Conduct Activities of daily living including bathing, personal hygiene, and dressing for medically fragile individuals. Perform range of motion activities and provide one-on-one patient care under a 1:1 ratio. Document care as directed while following written instructions and maintaining compliance with state guidelines. Maintain physical ability to walk, lift, bend, and kneel within provided teaching. Work flexible full-time or part-time shifts with full clinical support available day or night.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- valid PA Certified Nursing Aide
- provide proof of completion of an approved 75 hour Home Health Aide Certification Course
- copy of TB test
- current CPR
- valid state identification
- Must displace good emotional health
- be able to physically tolerate much standing, bending and lifting within guidelines and teaching provided by the state
- Must be able to read and follow written instructions
- document the care as directed
- Must demonstrate a cooperative attitude toward providing services
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Ability to make a positive and lasting impression
