Job Summary
Provide quality care to residents in compliance with the philosophies and objectives of St. Catherine of Siena Nursing and Rehabilitation. Assist residents in achieving maximum potential for self care and level of independence. Ensure residents are comfortable, safe, and maintain good hygiene and personal cleanliness. This role requires a current New York State Nursing Assistant certification and a high school diploma. Candidates with previous experience in a residential care facility are preferred. The position offers a salary range of $29.40 to $30.75 per hour at the St. Catherine of Siena Nursing and Rehabilitation campus in Smithtown, Long Island.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalency
- Must possess current certification as a Nursing Assistant in New York State
Desired Qualifications
- Diploma preferred
- Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant in a Residential Care Facility preferred
