CNA / PCA / Resident Assistant – Assisted Living

Provide hands-on care to residents in Memory Care and Ensemble neighborhoods under the direction of the Resident Services Director, assisting with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and medication reminders. Greet residents and associates with warmth and professionalism while maintaining accurate care records and documenting services per resident service plans. Coordinate closely with the Resident Services team for continuity of care and help promote a safe environment for residents, associates, and visitors. Support daily programming and operations of the neighborhood while complying with the Drug-Free Workplace policy and background check requirements. Walk in for interviews on Tuesdays or Thursdays between 10am and 4pm at 5308 River Rd, Fredericksburg, VA.
