Job Summary
Provide direct personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene, while assisting clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation. Monitor and document client health status, report changes to supervising staff, and prepare meals according to dietary needs. Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe environment and offer companionship to clients and families. Follow individualized care plans and adhere to all home care protocols. Active CNA certification or PCA training is required, with prior home care experience preferred. Must have reliable transportation to travel to client homes in the Tucker, GA area and pass background checks.

- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Desired Qualifications
