Job Summary
Provide in-home care services to clients in Fairfax, VA and the surrounding Alexandria area. Deliver personalized support to aging adults, enabling them to live life to the fullest while maintaining a compassionate, respectful, and committed attitude. This role offers flexible full-time or part-time shifts including days, nights, and weekends, with premium pay, quarterly and annual bonuses, and opportunities for overtime. We provide free virtual PCA classes for those not yet certified. Join our client-driven team with over 45 years of service to empower our Care Family in purpose-driven work.
Required Qualifications
- Eligible to work in the United States (we are not able to provide sponsorship)
- Criminal record check which meets hiring guidelines
- Two satisfactory professional references
- Reliable transportation
- Compassionate, respectful, committed to excellency and a good attitude
