Job Summary
Provide in-home care services to clients in the Centreville, VA area, with shifts covering days, nights, and weekends. This position offers flexible scheduling, including full-time or part-time hours, and includes opportunities for overtime and quarterly/annual bonuses based on performance. If you are not yet certified, we provide free virtual Personal Care Aide (PCA) classes. Join our client-driven team dedicated to enabling aging adults to live life to the fullest.
Required Qualifications
- Eligible to work in the United States (we are not able to provide sponsorship)
- Criminal record check which meets hiring guidelines
- Two satisfactory professional references
- Reliable transportation
- Compassionate, respectful, committed to excellency and a good attitude
- Fluent in Korean
