Job Summary
Provide companionship and a calm, supportive presence in the client's home. Assist with standby bathing, dressing, errands, and routine household tasks. Remind clients of medication per care plan and transport them to doctor appointments and local outings. Document care updates daily while maintaining client safety, comfort, and independence. This part-time day shift covers Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM in the Decatur, GA 30033 area. Mileage is reimbursed for approved client-related driving. Candidates must be available for immediate placement within 72 hours and pass background checks. HomeWell Care Services matches caregivers with clients needing one-on-one support in their own homes.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Current auto insurance
- Prepared to start assigned shifts within 72 hours when a client becomes available
- Must pass background check
- Must pass drug screen
- Must provide proof of negative TB test

Desired Qualifications
- Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification in Georgia
- 1 plus year of caregiving experience
