Job Summary
CNA/PCA providing essential patient care in healthcare settings: assist with bathing, dressing, grooming; take and record vital signs; support mobility and transfers; monitor patient condition and report changes; assist with feeding and nutrition (including tube feeding or special diets); maintain a clean, safe environment; follow infection control protocols and aseptic techniques; collaborate with nursing staff; provide emotional support to patients and families. Requires CNA certification (license/certification). Must be flexible for various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Prior healthcare experience and strong communication skills preferred.
