Job Summary
The Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides routine daily care to residents in a long-term care setting in accordance with facility procedures and state/federal regulations. Responsibilities include assisting with personal cares (bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene), maintaining bed mobility and toileting, aiding with eating, documenting ADLs, monitoring vital signs and weight, supporting the restorative nursing program (range of motion, ambulation with devices, transfer belt), and upholding Residents’ Bill of Rights. The role supports a team-oriented environment, with opportunities for growth and development, and includes night shifts (6pm-6am), two 12-hour shifts per week, and every other weekend. Qualities sought include compassion, reliability, and adherence to policies and procedures. Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of CO.
