Job Summary
CNA position for 3rd shift (10PM-6:30AM), part-time with 8-hour shifts and holiday/weekend rotation. The role involves providing direct care to residents across the Care Center, including Rehab, Assisted Living, Special Care, and Long-Term Care neighborhoods. Ideal candidates are team players with a positive attitude and self-motivation. Primary duties include carrying out care tasks for residents, ensuring confidentiality, and upholding residents’ rights. Required: State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) or Test Ready with completion within 120 days of hire; CPR/First Aid certification is preferred; strong communication skills with residents, families, staff, and external agencies; reliable attendance. Required Qualifications
- State Tested Nursing Assistant or a Test Ready Nursing Assistant (Test Ready will need to complete and pass state test within 120 days of hire)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, and honor Resident’s Rights
- First aid and CPR certification, preferred
- Must be able to communicate effectively with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public
- Must have excellent attendance and work history
