Job Summary
CNA – Part Time 2nd Shift: 8-hour shifts (2PM–10:30PM) with holiday and weekend rotation. The CNA will provide direct care to residents across the Care Center, including Rehab, Assisted Living, Special Care, and Long-Term Care neighborhoods. Ideal candidates are team-oriented, positive, and self-motivated. Requires State Tested Nursing Assistant or completion of state test for certification within 120 days of hire; First aid and CPR certification preferred. Must communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and external parties; maintain confidentiality and respect residents’ rights; strong attendance history. Location hints: Archbold, OH area.
Required Qualifications
- State Tested Nursing Assistant or Test Ready Nursing Assistant (Test Ready must pass state test within 120 days of hire)
- First aid and CPR certification, preferred
- Excellent attendance and work history
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and residents’ rights
- Effective communication with residents, families, staff, and others
