Job Summary
Deliver compassionate resident care by assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting), documenting care, and communicating health or behavior changes to staff. Engage residents in meaningful activities, provide emotional support, and utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive meaningful care in a part-time 1st shift CNA role at Benchmark Senior Living.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
- Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
