Job Summary
Provide skilled, compassionate one-on-one home care for seniors as a licensed CNA, focusing on safety, dignity, and independence. Perform ADLs (transfers, ambulation, bathing, dressing, grooming), offer respite and dementia/other aging-related support, assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation, and drive clients to errands and medical appointments. Build trusted relationships with clients and families, maintain reliability and a stable schedule, complete background checks and credential verification, and use your CNA training to ensure safe, personalized care in clients’ homes.
Required Qualifications
- Active CNA license in state of Arizona
- Valid driver’s license with access to personal vehicle and auto insurance (to travel to client homes)
- Background check and drug screening (as applicable by state)
- Ability to transfer, ambulate, lift and assist with ADLs and daily living activities
- Reliable, mature, and able to maintain consistent schedule
- Quality interpersonal skills and compassionate, client-focused care
