Job Summary
Provide hands-on care to residents, including assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) and supporting mobility, transfers, and repositioning. Observe and report changes in resident condition, follow individualized care plans, and maintain a clean, safe environment while delivering compassionate, resident-centered care. Requires active South Carolina CNA certification; PCC/PointClickCare experience preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills; commitment to serving an underserved population. Full-time evening and night shifts available: 2nd shift 3PM–11PM and 3rd shift 11PM–7AM at Fountain Inn Post Acute in South Carolina. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered CNA certification in South Carolina (required)
- 18 years old minimum
