Job Summary
Provide resident-focused care as a CNA in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility) and maintain dignity and comfort. Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition; take and record vital signs as directed; assist with meal service and hydration; follow safety procedures and infection control guidelines. Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other team members to ensure high-quality outcomes and compassionate, person-centered care. Requires active CNA certification and a commitment to delivering outstanding patient care. Full-time AM/PM shifts available at Mission Valley Post Acute in Fremont, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Current and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting preferred, but not required
