Job Summary
Provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with assessment and care plans under supervision. Duties include identifying residents before procedures, recording information accurately, reporting changes to the Nurse Supervisor, maintaining confidentiality of resident information, and following facility policies. Responsibilities encompass assisting with daily resident activities, preparing rooms, helping with transfers and positioning, maintaining a clean and safe environment, documenting care and intake, observing for changes or incidents, and participating in nursing reports. Must be a licensed CNA; CPR certification is preferred. The role emphasizes patient comfort, safety, privacy, and teamwork within a long-term care setting.
