Job Summary
Conduct personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping for clients while accompanying them on outings and managing errands. Remind clients of medication schedules, assist with ambulation and transport, and provide companionship. Follow established care plans and complete daily documentation and charting. Work 12-hour shifts in the 85258 zip code, selecting three shifts per week from flexible hours. PPE is provided, and continuing education programs are available.
