Job Summary
Conduct personal care, prepare meals, and assist with light housekeeping for clients in the home care setting. Accompany clients on outings, manage shopping and errands, and provide medication reminders while ensuring ambulation and transportation needs are met. Offer companionship to clients and strictly follow established care plans. Document all interactions and charting accurately. Travel around the location territory and maintain access to a mobile phone and internet. Work flexible shifts ranging from four to twelve hours with the ability to select your own schedule.
