Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant provides patient/resident care under direct supervision of a licensed nurse. Responsibilities include implementing the plan of care, reporting condition changes to RN/LPN, performing direct patient/resident care, documenting results, nutritional care, and effective communication with residents and families. Requires good standing on state Nursing Assistant registry, physical capability, and strong English communication skills. Scheduling options include Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN, and Casual with flexible shifts (Days, PMs, NOCs, and weekends). Preferred experience in hospital/long-term care and CPR certification.
