Job Summary
Provide nursing care, respiratory care, splinting, and patient support services in a hospital unit under the direction of the Clinical Manager. Build strong relationships with patients and families while partnering closely with nurses in our co-caring model. Focus on a smaller group of patients to deliver safe, personalized care and get to know the people you serve. Join the day shift team for a consistent daytime schedule that offers more connection both at work and at home. Work alongside experienced caregivers to explore clinical pathways and build a future you're proud of.
Required Qualifications
- Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Desired Qualifications
- 6 months of working as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a healthcare setting, long-term care or similar environment
