Job Summary
PRN Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Worthington Healthcare Center providing personal and nursing care in accordance with the resident care plan, participating in shift reports, assisting residents with activities of daily living, monitoring resident needs, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and supporting activities and meal service; requires completion of approved Nurse Aide Training and strong communication, teamwork, and compassionate care in a 12-hour shift schedule with weekend availability; offers tuition reimbursement, uniforms, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
- Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program
- Prior work/life experiences involving independent decision making
- Prior experience in a healthcare environment is desirable
