Job Summary
State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) provides personal/nursing care per the resident care plan, facilitates activities, responds to resident needs with dignity, maintains a clean and safe environment, assists in preparing residents for activities, ensures documentation and policy adherence, supports infection control, and participates in training to maintain certification. The role includes wage range $19.30-$23.50 per hour with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends, and offers benefits such as Daily Pay, tuition reimbursement, uniforms, health plans, and life insurance in a team-focused CommuniCare post-acute care environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
