Job Summary
Nursing Assistant (CNA) responsible for providing personal care and designated health-related services per individualized care plans, including ADLs such as dressing, grooming, bathing, eating, toileting, ambulation, transfers, and routine oral care; administer medications as delegated by RN; monitor vital signs; assist with Mobility/ROM exercises; respond to safety concerns and call lights; participate in admissions/discharges and accurate documentation; collaborate with nursing staff and maintain compassionate, resident-centered care in a 5 Star SNF setting; full-time overnight/NOC shift with every-other-weekend rotation (also part-time and casual opportunities) in a nonprofit Minnesota facility.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant certificate
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written formats
- Follow safety rules and facility policies including HIPAA, Resident’s Bill of Rights, Universal Precaution, OSHA, ADA, HUD policies
