Job Summary
Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, skin care, mouth care, dressing, and ambulation. Document nutritional intake, vital signs, catheter care, and range of motion exercises while promoting positive interactions with guests, families, and visitors. Observe and report significant changes in mood, behavior, or condition to the clinical team to support early recognition of medical issues. Complete an approved nurse aide training program with current Michigan certification. Work 8-hour shifts on the 2nd shift (2:30 PM to 11:00 PM) as part of the EPIC team at Holt Senior Care & Rehab Center.
Required Qualifications
