Job Summary
Conduct personal care, hygiene, and mobility assistance for clients while planning meals and managing light housekeeping duties. Report health changes, administer medications, and provide companionship during shopping trips or appointments. Respond quickly to emergencies and accompany clients on errands as needed. Maintain real-time care notes and clock-in/out via mobile devices. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and HCA/CNA license. Offers flexible morning, mid-day, evening, overnight, and live-in shifts with competitive hourly pay.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Drivers License
- Car Insurance
- Reliable Personal Vehicle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time-management skills
- Physical endurance for carrying groceries and physically supporting a client
- Comfort performing housekeeping and cooking duties while adhering to applicable dietary constraints
- Willingness and ability to comply with state and office-specific health and safety standards (e.g., background check)
- Compassion, understanding, and a desire to brighten the day of each client
- HCA license
- CNA license
- Exemption Letter with Active NAR
- Driver's License (if applicable)
