Job Summary
CNA Nurse Aide role providing compassionate in-home and community-based senior care. Responsibilities include light housekeeping, meal preparation, assisting with ambulation/mobility, personal care and hygiene, transportation to appointments, and companionship. Opportunities for advanced training in dementia or Alzheimer’s care; thrives in a team-focused environment and supports clients with routine exercises, medication assistance, shopping, and crisis reporting. Emphasis on safety, empathy, and maintaining high-quality care with flexible shift options (8/10/12-hour shifts; PRN; full-time or part-time).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid
- Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
- Respectful and compassionate
- Good time management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
