Job Summary
Provide routine daily nursing care to residents per the assessment and care plan, and follow supervisor directions. Duties include identifying residents before treatments, accurate documentation on flow sheets and charts, reporting changes to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse, maintaining resident confidentiality, ensuring room readiness, assisting with daily living activities, transfers, meals, and transportation within the unit, participating in nursing rounds and shift handoffs, following established policies, and supporting a calm, warm care environment. Requires CNA licensure, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and adherence to safety and infection-control practices.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess, as a minimum, a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state.

- CPR certification preferred
