Job Summary
Administer nursing care to residents in accordance with specific care plans devised for each individual according to Nurse Aide Guidelines. Operate under the supervision of the charge nurse and Team Manager while supporting the mission and nursing philosophy of Northern Montana Care Center. Maintain certification as a Certified Nurses Aide by the State of Montana and hold current Basic Life Support (BLS). Receive a $2,500 discretionary sign-on bonus with salary commensurate up to 10 years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Nurses Aide by the State of Montana
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Ability to interpret and apply verbal and written instructions
- Ability to successfully pass Background Check and Drug Screen
Desired Qualifications
- High school graduation or equivalent preferred
