Job Summary
Provide direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while charting in the POC system. Demonstrate time management and prioritization of tasks while traveling to multiple facilities within a designated Benedictine region as required. Maintain good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry and hold BLS certification. This float role supports our non-profit senior care organization's core values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect, and Justice across the upper Midwest.
Required Qualifications
- Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
- BLS Certification
- Must be able to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed
