Job Summary
Provide in-home personal care as CNA/NA/PCA, assisting clients with personal hygiene, grooming and bathing; support mobility and transfers; prepare light meals and assist with feeding; provide medication reminders; offer companionship and emotional support; perform light housekeeping; monitor and report changes in client health or behavior. Requires CNA/NA/PCA certification (PCA training available), reliable transportation and Virginia driver’s license, SS card and 2 professional references. Flexible FT/PT/PRN schedules with weekly pay and eligible benefits for FT; PPE provided; PCA class offered for uncertified staff and ongoing training; referral bonus programs.1
